Although Lori has a diverse business background, her love affair with real estate began back in California in 1991 as an owner/operator of a real estate marketing magazine. This opportunity led to the photography end of the business for local and national magazines, private contractors and owners, as well as the MLS service. It seemed only natural that she moved forward to becoming a Realtor.

Lori loves to travel! After a number of trips to Europe, her favorite places in the world are a toss-up between Italy and the Greek Island of Rhodes. This passion for exotic places led to the dream of living in Paradise….the Big Island of Hawaii. The fulfillment of that dream came when she and her husband purchased a Pagoda house on a Kona coffee farm in Captain Cook.

Still dreaming of homeownership in Paradise? Let’s make your dream come true!

Coffee farm, vacation rental, vacant land or beach-front property I am here to support you with service that is designed for whatever your dream needs to come true.

Dream Big. Dream Big Island.

After spending my childhood on the East Coast, I decided I really didn't like the cold weather. I moved to Hawaii 30 years ago, not only to find better weather but also to get involved in the coffee industry. Most of the coffee farms were located in the South Kona area so I settled there. While working on different farms over the years I supplimented my income by working in the hotel industy. That is where I learned the importance of customer service if you want your clients to keep coming back. In 1994 all my hard work paid off and I won the kona Coffee cupping contest on a farm I took from an overgrown mess to a price winning very productive farm. My family is once again restoring an overgrown coffee farm to what we hope somdeday to be another Kona cupping contest winner, Delo Santos and Sons Pure Kona Coffee. My greatest accomplishment in life though was that of raising 5 children. Three of whom have grown and are gone on to be very succesful young people, two are still at home. 12 years ago I started my real estate career by getting into property management. I gained valuable information about the different condominium complexes and which ones were the better vacation rentals in my years as a manager. This came in very handy when I decided to go into sales. And of course who better to find you a coffee farm then someone who has so much experience with growing coffee. I have enjoyed helping my clients over the years with their dreams of either living in Hawaii or having a vacation rental here n Hawaii. And I have never gotten over how blessed I am to wake up where it is 80 degrees everyday. "If you have questions about real estate I will tell you the truth!"
